Creating Your Account

Sign up for SLYD platform access

Get started with SLYD by creating your account through our secure sign-up process.

Visit the Sign-Up Page

Navigate to the registration page to begin creating your account.

Create Account or click "Sign Up" on the homepage

Choose Your Sign-Up Method

Select how you want to create your account:

Email & Password Create a dedicated SLYD account
Continue with Google Use your existing Google account
Continue with GitHub Use your existing GitHub account

Enter Your Information

If using email signup, provide your details and create a secure password.

Password Requirements
At least 12 characters long
One uppercase letter (A-Z)
One lowercase letter (a-z)
One number (0-9)
One special character (!@#$%^&*)

Verify Your Email

Check your inbox for a verification email from SLYD and click the verification link to activate your account.

Complete Your Profile

After verification, you'll be prompted to complete your profile with additional information.

Logging In

Access your SLYD account

Once your account is created, you can log in using your credentials or SSO provider.

Visit the Login Page

Go to the SLYD login page to access your account.

Enter Your Credentials

Provide your email and password, or click your SSO provider button.

Complete MFA (if enabled)

If you have multi-factor authentication enabled, enter the code from your authenticator app.

Access Your Dashboard

After successful authentication, you'll be redirected to your SLYD dashboard.

Forgot Your Password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page to receive a password reset link via email.

Multi-Factor Authentication

Add an extra layer of security

MFA requires an additional verification step beyond your password, significantly improving account security.

Enhanced Security Even if your password is compromised, attackers can't access your account
Authenticator App Use Google Authenticator, Authy, or any TOTP-compatible app
Time-Based Codes Codes refresh every 30 seconds for maximum security

Setting Up MFA

Access Security Settings

Navigate to your account security settings.

Enable MFA

Click "Enable Multi-Factor Authentication" to begin the setup process.

Scan QR Code

Open your authenticator app and scan the QR code displayed on screen.

Enter Verification Code

Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app to confirm setup.

Save Recovery Codes

Store your recovery codes in a safe place. These can be used if you lose access to your authenticator app.

Important

Recovery codes are shown only once. Save them securely - you'll need them if you lose your phone.
