SLYD isn't a software company that wandered into AI infrastructure. It's the latest thing built by a team that has spent decades putting megawatts in the ground and racking GPUs by the tens of thousands. The figures below are the cumulative record of that team and the companies they have founded and worked alongside, not of SLYD as a company.

That is a description of how these deals are structured, not a guarantee about any particular transaction. The risk allocation in your deal is whatever its documents say, and those are the authority.
