SLYD broker and referral network

Introduce qualified AI infrastructure opportunities

Apply to register eligible hardware, compute, power, financing, and deployment opportunities through a controlled commercial and compliance workflow.

Acceptance, protection, responsibilities, and compensation require written approval and the applicable agreement.

The program

How does the SLYD broker and referral program work?

Qualified partners can apply to introduce eligible AI infrastructure opportunities. After the partner and governing agreement are approved, each opportunity is registered and reviewed for fit, evidence, prior relationships, conflicts, and compliance. SLYD confirms in writing whether an opportunity is accepted, what protection applies, who owns each action, and whether transaction-specific compensation is eligible.

Two reviews sit behind that sentence, and they are separate. Partner review qualifies the person and the legal entity once, before any opportunity is shared. Opportunity registration happens per transaction and is evaluated on its own facts. Approval as a partner does not pre-approve an opportunity, and an accepted opportunity does not extend to the next one.

SLYD may coordinate, arrange, source, introduce, operate, broker, or participate in a transaction in different ways depending on the deal. The role SLYD takes on a given opportunity is stated for that opportunity rather than assumed from this page.

Partner profile

Who the program is for

The network is built for professionals who already hold real relationships in AI infrastructure and can stand behind the opportunities they introduce.

  • Established hardware and infrastructure brokers
  • Data center, power, and site professionals
  • Compute-capacity and cloud-market participants
  • Financing and capital-introduction professionals, where legally permitted
  • OEM, distributor, integrator, and supply-channel professionals
  • Advisers with verifiable customer or supplier relationships

The program is not a public affiliate link, employment offer, authority to represent SLYD, or guarantee of compensation. Institutions that deploy their own capital rather than introduce opportunities should review the SLYD lender network instead.

Eligible opportunities

What can be registered

Categories describe what SLYD can review. Whether a specific opportunity is accepted depends on the counterparty, evidence, scope, timing, and jurisdiction.

Hardware supply

Documented access to enterprise GPU servers, networking, storage, power, cooling, or related infrastructure. See the SLYD hardware categories for scope.

Buyer requirements

Qualified organizations with a defined hardware or deployment need, authority, timing, and commercial intent.

Compute supply or demand

Documented capacity or requirements with configuration, geography, timing, and commercial structure. Related surface: the cloud GPU compute marketplace.

Power and site opportunities

Authorized, supportable power-rich sites or infrastructure requirements. Related surface: AI power and deployment opportunities.

Financing opportunities

Qualified borrowers, equipment, deployment plans, and capital requirements, subject to applicable legal and partner rules. Context: GPU and AI infrastructure financing.

Deployment and services

Qualified project requirements or capable service providers within an approved scope, including deployment and integration work.

No category is automatically registrable. Each submission is assessed on its own facts against the criteria below.

Qualification

What makes an opportunity registrable

These are the conditions SLYD looks for before an opportunity can be reviewed at all. Submissions that fail them are closed rather than queued.

  • The submitter can identify the real counterparty
  • The submitter has permission or a defensible relationship basis
  • The need or supply is current and commercially specific
  • Material configuration, quantity, location, timing, and role are known
  • Supporting evidence can be provided privately
  • The opportunity is not fabricated, scraped, stale, public-only, or knowingly duplicated
  • The opportunity does not violate sanctions, export, privacy, anti-bribery, licensing, or other applicable requirements

Evidence quality is the single largest driver of review time. A specific counterparty with a stated requirement moves faster than a broad list of names.

How it works

From application to registered opportunity

  1. 01 · Apply and complete program review

Introduce yourself and your legal entity. SLYD reviews role, experience, relationships, regions, regulated status where relevant, and program fit.

  2. 02 · Execute the applicable agreement

Approved partners complete the governing written agreement. Until it is in effect, no protection, authority, or compensation eligibility exists.

  3. 03 · Register an opportunity with evidence

Submit a specific counterparty and requirement with the supporting material that establishes the relationship basis and commercial substance.

  4. 04 · Receive accepted, duplicate, rejected, or more-information status

SLYD reviews fit, evidence, prior relationships, conflicts, and compliance, then returns a written status for that registration.

  5. 05 · Confirm roles, protection, required actions, and expiry

An accepted registration states what is protected, for how long, what the partner is responsible for, and what constitutes a material change.

  6. 06 · Coordinate approved activity through the shared record

Authorized participants work the opportunity through the agreed channel, with open items, owners, and document status tracked. See how the governed transaction workflow operates.

  7. 07 · Review closing and compensation eligibility under the governing agreement

If a transaction closes, compensation eligibility is determined against the accepted registration record and the agreement in effect, not against this page.

Never assume a submission is protected before written acceptance. Steps 1 and 2 qualify the partner. Steps 3 through 5 qualify each opportunity separately.

Protection

Protection is transaction-specific, not account-wide

Opportunity protection is transaction-specific. SLYD evaluates prior relationships, existing records, evidence quality, counterparty identity, opportunity scope, timing, and material changes. The accepted registration record and governing agreement control protection, expiration, conflicts, and compensation.

This is the part partners most often misread. Registering a counterparty does not reserve that counterparty across every future deal, and a counterparty already known to SLYD or already registered by another partner may return a duplicate status. Where scope, timing, or the parties change materially, the protection attached to the original record may no longer apply.

The specific terms that govern protection, expiration, conflicts, and dispute handling live in the applicable agreement, not in public page copy.

Compensation

How compensation is governed

Compensation, when available, is defined in the applicable written agreement and accepted opportunity record. Eligibility may depend on the partner's role, the transaction type, collected revenue, exclusions, taxes, compliance, and other agreed conditions. No public page statement creates a fee obligation.

SLYD does not publish rates, ranges, worked examples, or universal payment timing here. Those figures are transaction-specific and belong in the agreement that governs your participation, where they can be stated accurately alongside the conditions that qualify them.

Applying to the network, registering an opportunity, or introducing a counterparty does not by itself create a payment obligation.

Role boundaries

What a partner may and may not do

What SLYD coordinates

  • Partner review, program status, and applicable agreements
  • Opportunity intake, registration records, and written status
  • Conflict, duplicate, and prior-relationship assessment
  • Evidence organization, source, date, and version context
  • Open-item, owner, and milestone tracking on accepted opportunities
  • Communication among authorized participants on the transaction

What a partner may not do without written authorization

  • Bind SLYD or accept obligations on its behalf
  • Promise pricing, financing, inventory, capacity, delivery, exclusivity, or closing
  • Publish SLYD inventory or capacity, or use SLYD branding
  • Contact counterparties on SLYD's behalf
  • Disclose confidential information or subcontract program responsibilities
  • Represent employee, lender, licensed broker, agent, reseller, legal, or other regulated status

Program participation is also subject to the maintained SLYD terms. Review the SLYD legal center, the acceptable use policy, and the privacy notice. Those documents control. Nothing on this page varies them.

Before you apply

What SLYD may ask during review

Partner review is a conversation, not a portal. Having the following ready shortens it considerably.

  • Applicant name and contact
  • Legal entity and jurisdiction
  • Website and professional profile
  • Role and years of relevant experience
  • Opportunity categories you can introduce
  • Primary regions
  • Representative transaction experience
  • Customer and supplier relationship basis
  • References, when required
  • Licensing or regulated status, when relevant
  • Conflict and compliance attestations
  • Privacy and program consent

Do not put confidential counterparty names, pricing, or live-deal documents into the public contact form. Use it for your entity, experience, regions, and the opportunity types you can introduce. SLYD will direct sensitive material to the appropriate channel.

Program questions

Broker and referral network FAQ

Who can apply to the SLYD broker and referral network?

The network is intended for established hardware and infrastructure brokers, data center, power, and site professionals, compute-capacity and cloud-market participants, financing and capital-introduction professionals where legally permitted, OEM, distributor, integrator, and supply-channel professionals, and advisers with verifiable customer or supplier relationships. Applicants are reviewed as a person and as a legal entity. The program is not a public affiliate link, employment offer, authority to represent SLYD, or guarantee of compensation.

What types of opportunities can be registered?

Eligible categories include hardware supply, buyer requirements, compute supply or demand, power and site opportunities, financing opportunities subject to applicable legal and partner rules, and deployment and service requirements. Fit depends on the counterparty, evidence, scope, timing, and jurisdiction of the specific opportunity. No category is automatically accepted.

Does registration guarantee acceptance or protection?

No. Submitting an opportunity does not create acceptance, protection, exclusivity, agency, or a payment obligation. SLYD reviews fit, evidence, prior relationships, conflicts, and compliance, then confirms in writing whether an opportunity is accepted and what protection applies. Nothing is protected before written acceptance.

How are duplicate opportunities handled?

Opportunity protection is transaction-specific. SLYD evaluates prior relationships, existing records, evidence quality, counterparty identity, opportunity scope, timing, and material changes. Where a counterparty or requirement is already known to SLYD or already registered, a later submission may be recorded as a duplicate. The accepted registration record and governing agreement control protection, expiration, conflicts, and compensation.

Can a partner quote prices or terms on behalf of SLYD?

No. Partners may not bind SLYD, promise pricing or financing, publish inventory or capacity, use SLYD branding, contact counterparties on SLYD's behalf, disclose confidential information, subcontract responsibilities, or represent regulated status without written authorization.

How is compensation determined?

Compensation, when available, is defined in the applicable written agreement and accepted opportunity record. Eligibility may depend on the partner's role, the transaction type, collected revenue, exclusions, taxes, compliance, and other agreed conditions. No public page statement creates a fee obligation.

When does a compensation obligation arise?

Only under the governing written agreement, against an opportunity that has been accepted and remains protected under its registration record, and once the conditions stated in that agreement have been met. Applying to the network, registering an opportunity, or introducing a counterparty does not by itself create a payment obligation.

What information is required to register an opportunity?

Enough to identify the real counterparty, the relationship basis, and the commercial substance of the opportunity, including material configuration, quantity, location, timing, and role, together with supporting evidence supplied privately through the approved channel. Fabricated, scraped, stale, public-only, and knowingly duplicated submissions are not registrable.

How is confidential information handled?

Confidential opportunity information is shared only through the approved process, subject to authorization, access controls, and applicable confidentiality terms. Do not place confidential counterparty names, pricing, or live-deal documents in the public contact form. Use it for your entity, experience, regions, and the opportunity types you can introduce, and SLYD will direct sensitive material to the appropriate channel.

What compliance rules apply?

Partners must observe sanctions, export, privacy, anti-bribery, licensing, confidentiality, and non-misrepresentation requirements, and must not submit fabricated, self-dealing, corrupt, or misleading opportunities. A partner may not represent that they are a SLYD employee, lender, licensed broker, agent, reseller, or legal representative unless separately authorized in writing.
